• Download an order form, fill out order sheet include organization name and date, fax to 604-925-4420 or email info@globalmedikit.com.
• Please call or email if you have any questions.
• Global Medikit will inform you if there are any order modifications

Shipping & Handling

Global Medikit will inform you of any problems with availability.
Orders are generally shipped the same or the following day your order was placed.
All shipments are FOB West Vancouver, BC Canada unless otherwise authorized. Shipments are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. 
Shipments are insured and are sent trackable.

Sales Tax

Applicable Taxes will be added to your order upon shipment

Out of Stock & Backorders

Sorry we can not call before shipping back orders.  All back ordered items will be indicated on your invoice, please contact us if you would like to adjust your order. 

Payments

Net 30 from ship date.

Return Policy & Guarantee

All merchandise offered is returnable within ten (10) business days for any reason, for full refund or credit, less original shipping cost, and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  All items must be unmarked and in new condition.  All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package.  Call Global Medikit for an RA#.  TEL: 1-855-925-4410 FAX: 604-925-4420.
